Shipping policy

Since we make everything in small batches that aren't started until the order comes in, your order will not just be taken off the shelf and sent to you immediately. Some of our creations take some time to formulate to perfection. Please allow 5-7 business days from date of order for your order to be created, shipped and to your door. We will always do our best to get you your items in the fastest way possible but should there be a delay, we will email you with any information you may need and give you the option or either cancel or change your order, if you desire. Once your item(s) ship, you will be emailed with the tracking number. If you do not get this tracking number, please email us at amie@maddiesessentials.com and let us know. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us. For any customized products, shipping times will vary and will be discussed before your order is placed and payment is received.
